Years 5 & 6 School Trip
School Trip to the Roald Dahl Museum
On Tuesday 9th January Years 4 & 5 went on a school trip to the Roald Dahl Museum. It was a cold and drizzly day but that didn’t stop them from having a great time. The day was full of fun activities with plenty for everyone to appreciate; from the pumps that inspired the gas station in Danny Champion of the World to where Roald Dahl sadly rests to this day. Great Missenden is a quaint little town with many peculiarities and things to see. It isn’t difficult to realise how the different elements of the town helped inspire some of Dahl’s most famous characters and settings. It was a wonderful trip, enjoyed by all.
