Extra-Curricular Activities

A vibrant extra-curricular programme to broaden experiences

At Clifton Lodge School, we believe education should give every child the opportunity to discover and develop their unique talents, while fostering a lifelong curiosity about the world and the people around them. Learning extends far beyond the classroom, and we encourage pupils to embrace new experiences, challenge themselves and uncover passions they may never have known they had.

With a wide range of co-curricular opportunities on offer, there is something to inspire every child, whether their interests lie in science, drama, ballet, chess, music and performance, digital and creative arts, sport or cookery. Our programme is designed to broaden horizons, build confidence and develop valuable skills such as teamwork, resilience, creativity and leadership.

Encouraging new interests outside of the classroom

Our clubs are updated each term and can include:
Our daughter has loved table top adventures so much - what a fantastic after school club to charge her imagination, and build team work!

TRIPS

Reaching new heights

Trips and visits should be a part of every child's education since they reinforce their learning experience. Trips provide first-hand memories that stay with them for much longer than reading about it in a book or doing research online.

To enhance our pupils' education, our teachers at Clifton Lodge organise termly day trips. We provide a wide range of excursions across the school, including residential trips that promote character development and academic enrichment.

Clifton Lodge school trips are a crucial component of our curriculum and educational philosophy to expand learning outside of the classroom and help pupils acquire important life skills.
